Do you charge per user?

No. GUEST includes unlimited users so your whole team can work with the application. Only Business Central, a Microsoft product, is licensed per user.

What does the price depend on?

On the size of each hotel and the modules you need. Published prices are always "from": your consultant will give you the final price in your personalised proposal.

Is there a set-up cost?

Yes. Configuration, integrations, migration and training depend on each hotel, so they are always detailed in your proposal.

Do I need servers or to install anything?

No. GUEST is a cloud application: your data is safe in our data centre and accessible from any device.

Can I start with the basics and add modules later?

Yes. The licence covers the complete hotel operation and you can add modules at any time.
