GUEST CRS centralized reservation software

The CRS is the tool that allows you to manage the hotel's bed inventory and their rates in all sales channels (GDS, IDS, online and offline travel agencies, call center and website), from a single place.

GUEST CRS allows integration with the main Channel Managers and traditional TTOOs for downloading reservations, and updating rates and quotas.

Additionally, it includes a reservation management module for call centers , with control of the different states of the reservation (on request, confirmed, canceled, sent to the PMS), automatic sending of notifications to the client (Request , Confirmation, No availability, etc.), and integration with the PMS for the introduction of confirmed reservations automatically.
